Jennifer handles all types of family law cases, including those with complex financial and high-conflict custody issues. While skillful at negotiating resolution, she will aggressively pursue litigated outcomes when necessary. Jennifer also handles post-judgment (post-decree) enforcement/contempt and modification issues, order of protection matters, relocation cases, third-party rights cases (e.g., grandparent visitation), pre-marital and post-marital agreements, small estate planning, adult guardianship matters, termination of parental rights cases, post-judgment collection and garnishment matters.
Jennifer began her journey in law early, working as a receptionist for her father’s Law Firm at age 17. Eventually, she was working side-by-side with her father as his paralegal. Over the course of the 15 years that followed, Jennifer had four beautiful children, obtained her associate degree in business, her bachelor’s degree in psychology, and then (finally) her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law (with Honors). Jennifer was licensed by 2015, practiced with her father for the next ten years, married her best friend, and then welcomed one (and final) child to the mix – all before opening her own Firm in mid-2025.
