Best law firm and attorney hands down! I have an aunt who had dementia and was taken advantage of financially and sadly the fiduciary I entrusted my aunt to back in 2016 lost their license for over charging clients in 2019. They didn’t reach out to me or my father or other aunt. I can complain about the first attorney I hired and but what you need to know is I found the best Attorney in the East Valley of not all of Arizona! I waited for my first year before writing this review. Just know from day one through the current date Jennifer has been exceptional! The first week Jennifer uncovered a court appointment that was never disclosed by the previous attorney and she only had a couple of weeks to prepare for the court appointment. From that point on we have completed multiple court filings and the last one was another successful hearing in which I was able to have the request for fiduciary fees filed by the new fiduciaries attorney fees! And we are awaiting the court ruling regarding the fees incurred just to dispute the fees! So not only did the save my aunt several thousands in fees! We are awaiting to hear what the judge will allow us to recapture in costs incurred fighting their request! A true win win!!! Please know this law firm will be the last firm you will ever need to hire! Everyone in their office is helpful and friendly!
